Liv (she/her/hers) is an executive, neurodiversity, and mindset coach and training facilitator with a passion for helping individuals navigate change with clarity and confidence, leveraging two decades of experience managing change in companies such as Goldman Sachs and Cadbury-Schweppes.

 

Liv’s journey as an executive coach began during a successful career in leadership positions at Goldman Sachs, where she led global operations and change management teams. She had just stepped into a role where she needed to influence on behalf of the firm. However, she found she was struggling to drive change in large industry forums, which were dominated by groups who had been in the space for years and who had established relationships. A coach helped her break down the reasons why influencing was difficult, work through ways of building industry connections, build self-confidence, and change her operating approach. She found herself wanting to do the same for others and started training to become a coach.

 

Liv’s solution-focused, challenging but supportive coaching approach has been appreciated by hundreds of clients across a range of industries, from media to technology to banking. She is also co-writing a book on managing and leading neurodivergent talent, due to be published in 2025, and has completed scientific research on the careers of neurodivergent individuals and effective neurodiversity coaching. She is an Associate Board Member of the International Coaching Federation, and a Board Trustee for the Connection at St Martins. 

 

As a training facilitator, Liv uses an engaging and action-centred approach to elicit behaviour change in attendees. Topics covered include management & leadership themes (e.g. delegation, people management, leadership styles, increasing emotional intelligence), and neuro-inclusion. 

Empowered by a positive mindset, Joanna has a holistic approach to coaching. She is passionate about helping others realise their potential and define what success looks like for them with a strong roadmap to achieve their goals. She holds a safe and creative space, helping clients raise their self-awareness and find the resources and inspiration through a variety of tools and actionable steps.

As a coach, what particularly excites and energises Joanna is supporting clients at a time of transition; whether from manager to leader or during times of organisational change. She also has an interest in developing female leaders and supporting organisations that are committed to supporting diversity across their leadership team and cultivating an inclusive culture.

Joanna has broad experience in working with international clients and stakeholders. Her time at Standard Chartered Bank involved running a high-profile global programme delivering results to the GMC and working with country and business heads. At the heart of Joanna’s experience is the ability to build rapport and relationships. She combines commercial acumen with creativity and humour with challenge.

 

She has a wide range of expertise in facilitation, coaching, training, CSR, sponsorship, EDI, communications, events, project and stakeholder management and community building.
